Less is more for your face.
6.4.18
For today's beauty blogpost, i choose to talk about the foundations that i've been loving since years. As you already know if you follow me since 6 years, you already know that i'm not a big fan of full coverage foundations for an everyday makeup. I found them not really wearable outside of a photoshoot or a night out , and as the quotes said, less is more. Especially when it's all about face makeup. I do try a lot of foundations, but every time i go back to my old favorites it's because i don't find it natural to cover everything on my skin, cover this blemish that makes me roll your eyes when i look in the mirror, or cover those freckles that i used to can not handle. The makeup we wear daily defines us as a person in our society (i know it's sad but we created this world we can't complain about it tho) , and I would never really feel myself with makeup that is not who I am inside.
Nars Sheer Glow (Gobi) according to François Nars, it's a sheer foundation with a buildable coverage, well for me in my case it's more a light-medium coverage foundation. This foundation has a natural and a glowy finish. It leaves the skin hydrated and more luminous with a softer and smoother finish. I do already had finish two bottles of this foundation, we can say that it's probably one of my most used and favorites foundations.
The Make-Up Forever Waterblend (Y215), is my last summer favorite foundation, for me it's more a skin tint than a real foundation, quite similar to the Face and Body from mac, but with a wider shade range, which for me is a big pro because of my really fair skin, i do have to say that i used to be a massive fan of the older version of this foundation which was also named face and body so i wasn't surprised with this one. The finish is quite dewy, if you have an combination to oily skin i will suggest to set this foundation with a nice mattifying powder and to apply a mattifying primer (my favorite? the makeup forever mattifying primer is the best in my opinion)
The Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint (light and medium), is probably my most sheerest product into my entire collection. The brand, created by Emily Weiss is a brand who democratise beauty, the brand put the skin health before the makeup that's the philosphy because the beauty world has historically been an industry based on experts telling you, the customer, what you should or shouldn’t be using on your face. The Perfecting Skin Tint even out the discolouration and leaves the skin smooth and dewy, I use this product when i want something but also nothing on my face (yes it's a paradox, but i'm a women).
The Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum (51 Light Vanilla), was the first enough light foundation that i could find at the drugstore and that was almost ten years ago. Since the packaging as changed a bit, but it's still as good as he used to be back in a day(and still with the fruity scent). It's a mixture between a liquid foundation and a cream foundation. It's an HYBRID. It gives me coverage without hiding my freckles, if you have a normal to dry skin i will highly recommend to check this one out, It contains vitamin C, E, and B5 that helps the skin to look fresh and radiant.
The It Cosmetics CC Cream (Fair), do we have to talk about the packaging of mine? totally rubbed of, almost done, that's for sure how much i love this CC Cream. I don't know if i can say that this CC cream has a light coverage, because for a CC cream it's full coverage base in my opinion, if i have to re-categorize this product as a foundation i would say it's a light-buildable medium coverage. As you know, BB and CC cream are normally in the sheerer side (like the Laura Mercier Tinted moisturizer) but this one, (oh dude!) is a perfection in a tube (and yes with a pump!) what i like about this product is the SPF 50+ but specially the Chemical Filtre Free SPF, i don't have a sensitive skin but i hate when a foundation or a BB/CC cream has a chemical SPF. this product is moisturising, and it protects your skin from sun damage and especially from the UVA.
Since I discovered all these products, I admit in all honesty not to use the rest of my collection and thus i have begin to get rid little by little of the products I don't really need. I try to restrict all this to have a more minimalist collection which corresponds to my needs but also to what I really like to use. I'm thinking of writing you a blogpost very soon on this radical change.
Love.

Clinique Acne Solution VS Clinique Even Better Glow.
9.11.17
In my last post in the make-up versus category i've talk about Nars cosmetics and two of their Tinted moisturizers but also about the concealers. Today i'm gonna talk about two products from Clinique. I really never give it a go to Clinique Makeup, firstly because their is not enough lighter/Fair shades for me in my opinion. I do have tried a lot of skincare products but not that much about makeup, but I've to say i'm falling slightly in love with clinique makeup recently. The new mascara is legit THAAA BOMB, if you like the truly waterproof from Clarins, but you think it's a pain in the ass to remove, you're gonna falling in love with the new HIGH IMPACT LASH ELEVATING MASCARA, it's still a pain in the ass to remove, but a little less than the Clarins, because it's not waterproof/water-resistant mascara. And more recently i've tried the Easy Pen Liner, i've heard a lot of goof reviews about it, and i've to say i'm totally impressed by this eye-liner who have a nice plastic brush tip applicator, in my opinion it's even better than the KVD eyeliner (i'm not a massive fan of this one, it's a good one, but heeaaann.. i'm not surprised by it)
Let's get start about the Acne solution Liquid Make-up foundation, i've this one in the shade 01 Fresh alabaster, first of all the shade is great, it's not the best match but it's a good one considering than the shade matching with clinique foundation is really hard to do. A natural looking foundation which is not irritating, an oil-free formula, make-up blends away blemishes neutralize redness, medicated ingredients helps to treat existing breakout and keep from coming back. The Fresh Alabaster shade have a cool neutral undertone, with a matte finish and also a moderate coverage (light to medium)
As you know i do not have an acne prone skin, but a normal to dry skin-type, i do have blemishes sometimes obviously (i'm human) and it's especially when i try a product with a lot of silicone (dimethicone), or when i'm in this time of the month or just when i don't sleep enough. So i love to use this foundation when i've a bad skin day, i do obviously use a really good moisturizer and a good primer underneath, because a matte finish and a long wearing formula on a normal to dry skin can accentuate the dry patches. For the undertone problem, to be honest with you it's not that bad you know it's just a little bit to much pink, but i love to use the anti-redness solution powder which is a nice thin yellow powder, it doesn't give coverage nor mattifying the skin (which is perfect for my skin type), but it helps to have a little more yellow to my face.
The Scent of it, is quite heavy, because of the salicylic acid that you have inside of it and it's because of this ingredient that the foundation can helps your skin to remove blemishes. But i can't really tell you how effective it is, because salicylic acid can work or not on your face it's like retinoid, this is totally a personal ingredient that can work or not, on me it works but i do not have acne (but open pores, and sometimes a little pimple who loves to share with me a journey in my life)

This is the NEW baby from clinique, i think it was released around a couple of months ago now, i got the shade WN04 (bone), because i'm yellow and pale as hell (for reference i'm an NC10 for M.A.C foundations and Siberia for Nars Sheer Glow), this one it's a go to for me especially for my skin type, i love the fact than in most of the clinique foundations you have skincare ingredients. This is a moisturizing foundation instantly creates a natural radiance with subtle luminizing pigments. Wear it every day and over time bare skin glows on its own, thanks to vitamin C. Broad spectrum SPF 15 helps prevent future dark spots. Long-wearing, oil-free.
This product have a light to a medium coverage, it's the perfect foundation for everyday especially if you don't like the super full coverage foundation, it gives you a nice dewy finish and it works perfectly for those who are like me with a normal to dry skin-type. This is definitely one i love to use on a normal/good day face, so this couple of month i do have use this one a little bit more than the Anti-blemish solutions, and i've to say that i can already notice that some of my old scares are less visible, but because i do have more freckles than scars (maybe 5-6 max) my skin isn't have to be 100% trust, i'm not perfect for this type of test, it's like the acne blemish solution foundation , because of my skin-type i can't tell you, how the product is really effective.
As you can see the two shades are similar but the 01 Fresh Alabaster is more pink than the WN04 Bone the even better glow have a better match for me but the Anti-blemish shade works also well, i do not have any problem of oxydation also. I choose to have the swatches on a white paper now because i think it's easier for you to swatch also on a white paper your favorite foundation with your perfect match and to compare it with this two shades here. Also the Even Better range have a little bit more shades and it's easier to find your match with your undertone because WN (Warm Neutral undertone) CN (Cool Neutral undertone) .
Korean and European beauty essence
15.8.17
"Essence is the heart of Korean Skincare Routine, and it's a skincare category that was created in Korea"
An Essence Is not a toner they usually came in a fancy and luxurious glass bottle that look excellent on your countertop. They're also not meant for cleansing. With higher doses of active ingrédients, essence is meant to deliver- those deep into the skin after you've gone through the process of cleansing. beyond the simple feeling of hydration there's an anti-aging element to essence as well. Adding moisture to the skin at an early age can help the skin stay healthy and plump longer. Essence helps create a stronger more resistant skin foundation for longterm improvement to the look of skin.
I'm a big fan of beauty essence since years now, and finally they're start to came into the European Market since around a year now. I thought it was a good idea to talk about the difference between some European essence and Korean beauty essence.
FILORGA NTCF ESSENCE combined with an anti-pollution polysaccharide regenerates and reveals radiance in dull complexion, moisturizing concentrate which thanks to aqua-mx technology (using water sensor) provides express and long-lasting hydration.
For me this European version of essence is one of the closest idea of an korean beauty essence, it does really improve skin texture and totally enhance the skin day after day. If you want to try an Essence but and Essence who is really close to the Korean one i would recommend one of this Essence. the FILORGA NTCF ESSENCE reminds me a lot of the CELL ESSENCE from HERA.
MISSHA TIME REVOLUTION, THE FIRST TREATMENT ESSENCE contains 80 fermented yeast concentrate, also contains niacinamide and vitamins B3 to improve skin elasticity, enhance skin barrier function and revive skin tone and texture. DN-AID made from cassia-alata extract provides vitality to aging skin. Improves fine lines and skin tones. The miracle water hydrates, restores rejuvenates ad gives a glowy complexion.
In Korea, this essence is know to be a dupe of the popular japanese SK-II essence, i do have tried the SK-II essence in the past and even if they're similar in terms of packaging, texture and feel to the skin, i think the SK-II is effective faster. But for a difference of $60 i've to say that i can complain about that. It's one of my favorite Korean skincare essence and isn't really hard to find. You can find it on Amazon or on the W2beauty.com website for the same price.
CAUDALIE VINOPERFECT ESSENCE combines efficacy and gentleness to sweep away dead skin cells and reveals the skin original radiance. Due to its aqueous texture it penetrates the skin in a flash. It prepares skin for the benefits of the serum and double its efficacy and dark spots.
Firstly, i want to say that the CAUDALIE VINOPERFECT ESSENCE is the first french pharmacy brand to come with an essence. I was really pleased that finally pharmacy brand start to give a little more consistency i, beauty routines. This is definitely one of the closest european essence with the NTCF ESSENCE to the Korean beauty essence routine because it totally prepares the skin to the other steps of your beauty routine and it does real job in longterm application for dark spots. For your reference this one is one of the cheapest essence that i could find here in France and it's a correcting essence which is really rare in our beauty market.
LANEIGE SKIN REFINER MOISTURE formulated with 6 moisture maximizing minerals, zinc, manganese, magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium that are ionized and stabilized in water to penetrate quicker and deeper into skin. Nourishes thirsty skin while hydro ionized mineral water provides deep hydration. Leaves the skin a better texture and more radiant finish.
This essence is different in term of texture to the other one, this ons is a little bit more thicker and feels a milky. For me this essence is one of the best during winter season because for my normal to dry ski my skin enjoy a lot this type of texture. I wouldn't recommend to someone with and oily skin type because of how moisturizing it is. The scent is fresh and floral which makes the experience of application way more enjoyable i love to combine this one with the CAUDALIE VINOPERFECT ESSENCE
LANCÔME HYDRA-ZEN ESSENCE is designed to help fight the visible signs of stress it provides intense hydration for skin to feel soothed and comfortable.
For me this is an really an essence, first because is not as moisturizing as the other which in a way better maybe for combo to oily skin type, but usually essence was created to work with dryer skin type (because the winter weather in Korea is really tough) i'm also not of the biggest of the jelly texture obviously it turns into water when you warmed up between your palms. I use this one in a third essence layer during winter if i need a little bit more to be honest with you, because alone it doesn't give me that much hydration. Overall i do really appreciate the fact that it was one of the first European essence of the beauty market here.
SANOFLORE AQUA ROSA ESSENCE is concentrates 50% organic rosa damascena hydrolate and natural and natural hyaluronic acid in "smart' active water. Its gelled texture turns into water in contact with skin and brings an immediate water recharge.
If you are sensitive with any type of scented product this one is not for you, i do have to say than the rose scent isn't my favourite, as you can see from the bottle i do have tried it a little bit but the scent is way to strong for my nose. it's a fresh and slightly hydrating product if i compare with others beauty essence, this one is pretty close to the LANCÔME HYDRA ZEN ESSENCE. this essence isn't a essence at all for me it's more of a thicker toner than an essence it's doesn't do that mush on the skin and probably less than the LANCÔME ESSENCE.
OVERALL OPINION: European market isn't as homogenous as Korean market for essence obviously their is a lot of gap between some beauty "essence" some of them claim to be an essence but actually it's more between a toner and an essence, you really have to do some research to really find who is a real essence. CAUDALIE and FILORGA wins in terms of how they have reproduced the idea of the REAL ESSENCE obviously i'll still recommend to use real beauty essence from Korea but those two are actually quite promising.
Love. 🖤

Nars Velvet matte skin tint VS Nars Pure radiant tinted moisturizer
13.8.17
Hello everyone i hope you are doing well today i thought it was the good time to introduce this new category which is a makeup versus category. This category is all about one brand but two different product which are sister or brother. I'm gonna start this category with NARS COSMETICS which is one of my favorite makeup brand.
let's get start with a versus between the NARS VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT and THE PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER
VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT (LIGHT 1-FINLAND) :
- Refined pore & shine control
- Antioxydant defence
- Soft touch look
The rose fruit extract visibly minimises the appearance of pores while controlling shine, the vitamins C,E and broad spectrum SPF 30 protect against free radical damage causeway the environmental stress and a simply touch and go for an effortless perfected look, glide a velvet matte finish do instantly even skin tone with a soft-matte effect.
What i like about the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT firstly the texture of the product, it's really lightweight and easy to blend, with a beauty-blender, fingers or even a brush (i prefer to use a buffing brush with this type of texture) the texture is a little bit like a mousse but it's really light and also it's quit runny. The shade Finland is a nice match for me it's not the perfect (because my perfect match for me it's the shade GOBI which is a fair shade with yellow undertone) this one is more towards neutral but it work well and it's a tad bit darker tho. the product have a solid medium coverage when you applied it with a brush or your fingers and a light/medium coverage with a beauty-blender. I like the fact that the formulation is matte on the skin ( i really like matte products in general even if i've a normal towards dry skin during winter)but the product doesn't feel cakey on the skin or emphasize dry patches.
What i don't like about the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT i know it's paradoxal but the shade range, for me NARS should have the same shades range as the SEER GLOW, SHEER MATTE (discontinued foundation) or ALL DAYS LUMINOUS i don't really know why they try to do something different about the shade in the tinted moisturizer line. Then i don't think it's a super long-wearing formulation because i'm normal towards dry (and because i like matte finish) i use powder everyday to set the makeup, but sometimes it's borderline at the end of the day and sometimes it feels a little bit greasy so if you have a combo to oily skin-type i would entirely recommend to use a good mattifying primer underneath and a good setting powder. The controlling shine promise isn't really here in my opinion.
PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER (LIGHT 1-FINLAND)
- Advanced sun protection
- Hydrates and helps to reduce the appearance of hyper-pigmentation and dark spots
Oil-free formula provides a translucent veil of color and SPF while helping to reduce hyper-pigmentation and dark spots infused with lush naturally derived botanicals ingredients to immediately help thirsty skin feel hydrated. Kopara from French Polynesia and mineral rich seawater revive the skin.
What i like about the PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER is also the texture of the product, it's more lightweight than the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT and have less coverage. You can use this product with a buffing brush, fingers, or a beauty-blender. This product have a descent light to medium coverage with a brush or fingers and a sheer to light with a beauty-blender, the formulation is totally buildable and you can have a solid medium coverage if you apply a second layer with a brush. The PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER have dewy finish which is not my usual type of finish but on a tinted moisturizer like this time of product i don't really mind. It feels really hydrating which is an ideal formulation for me during winter time because of my dryness. Also this formulation feels a little bit more skincary and the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT because of the ingredients to reduce dark spots and hyper-pigmentation.
What i don't like about the PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER, if you have an oily skin isn't the one for you, i think even with a good mattifying primer and a good setting powder it's not gonna be long-wearing. You have also to keep in mind than it's a radiant tinted moisturise their is no shine control in the formulation (obviously) so the product isn't meant to be a long-wearing formulation. For the shade it's the same problem as the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT
My overall opinion between the PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER and the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT. Firstly these two products are more cousins then brother or sister. They have two different finishes but they can work for dry to combo skin-type both (and oily for the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT) During the summer i go towards the VELVET MATTE SKIN TINT because the shade works a little bit better during summer because the PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER is a little bit lighter. i can't say their is a winner in this battle because for me they're totally different product in my opinion, it just depend on your personal preference but also your skin-type.
The last battle of this blogpost it's between the RADIANT CREAMY CONCEALER and the new one from NARS the SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER. Tell me on my social media by the way if you want a battle between the TRANSLUCENT LUMINOUS SETTING POWDER (LOOSE OR PRESSED) and the regular POWDER PRESSED OR LOOSE and between the regular LAGUNA BRONZER and the newer formulation the matte one. i'll be happy to do a powder battle after the liquid product battle.
RADIANT CREAMY CONCALER (LIGHT 1-CHANTILLY)
The radiant creamy concealer evens skin with a lightweight medium to high buildable coverage, enriched with hydrating multi-action skincare benefit and light diffusion technology.
What i like about the RADIANT CREAMY CONCEALER, he comes in a tube format with a doe-foot applicator. The shade range is pretty massive as usual for NARS the shade that i use is CHANTILLY, a very pale shade with yellow undertone which is suitable for fair to light skin-tones, the next popular shade that you probably know is VANILLA which is a tad bit darker and also with pink undertone and it's suitable from light to medium skin-tones. This one is one of my favorite when it comes to cover some blemishes, dark spots, hyper-pigmentation because it's easy to blend with a brush or with fingers.
What i don't like about the RADIANT CREAMY CONCEALER, i do have to say than i don't like to use this one around my eye-area. It's a little bit to thick for my liking and for this reason this concealer creases on me even if i set it with a powder, in my opinion it's not an ideal formula for dehydrated eye-area or with have a mature eye-area.
SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER (LIGHT 1-CHANTILLY)
The soft matte complete concealer is a soft focus with high-performance coverage with optical diffusion powder helps to minimize light diffusing with a spherical surface powders designed to absorb and refract light for a soft focus perfection.
What i like about the SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER, it's really an interesting formulation, to be honest i didn't thought it will be that creamy. This formulation is definitely my favorite of the two for my under-eye area because it's a thinner consistency. I din't have any problem of creasing with the SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER. It's a full coverage and this one is definitely an all in one concealer.
What i don't like about the SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER, the biggest dark point of this concealer is the packaging, Jar concealer or products in general aren't the most sanitary products but it didn't bother me because i know than with this type of formulation and consistency we can't have them in a tube with a doe-foot applicator or a pump. Also as i said for my dehydrated eyes area i didn't have any problem of creasing but i've to agree the the matte-satin finish and the powdery feel to it isn't probably the best for dry eye area or if you have dry patches or eczema.
My overall opinion between the RADIANT CREAMY CONCEALER and the SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER it's than the winner here is the SOFT MATTE COMPLETE CONCEALER because for my skin liking this one is more versatile and totally all in one concealer who can cover my dark circles, some blemishes or whatever. the RADIANT CREAMY CONCEALER it's a good product don't get me wrong but it's not the one for me, or just when i need to use something to covered up a dark spot or a blemish than an another under eye concealer can't cover.
I hope you'll enjoy this little battle of product and don't forget to give me your opinion on those product and also to tell me what do you want to see in this category on my social media.
Love 🖤

MAKEUP| A WEEK-END WITH CHANEL
24.3.17
For today's blogpost I really wanted to talk about one of my favourite luxury beauty brand, I do have already done some post about some all of those products. Because this week-end I wasn't at home, I've to took a makeup bag of course and I thought I would entirely go for an entire one brand weekend makeup.
I've this particular relationship with Chanel actually it's my biggest favourite beauty brand and for me that wasn't really hard to have a product for each categories. I don't know where came this love for Chanel probably because of the history behind the brand but for me in my opinion I can see myself way more than with Lancôme, YSL or Dior ( even if I really enjoyed all of those brands but I always know than I couldn't be disappointed with Chanel.)
Let's start with skincare, as you may know skincare is really important to have an healthy skin but also a great makeup and for not applying a big amount of foundation to covered up you bad skin. Hydration is the KEY of a great skin but also a great makeup. First I apply the HYDRABEAUTY LIPBALM, it's a nice way to hydrate and prep your lips for the last step of your makeup, this one have a really thin texture it's the entire opposite of the NUXE RÊVE DE MIEL LIP BALM, in my opinion this one is really day appropriate lipbalm the stick version is one of my favourite to have with me in my daily life, because it's way more sanitary to use outside of your house. Next I love to apply hand cream before any type of makeup, I do have already share my thought on the BODY EXCELLENCE HAND-CREAM, in a blogpost about manicure. Why do i have apply a hand-cream before my regular skincare routine ? I found actually than its helps your hand to not absorb your skincare when you're warmed up your products before the application, the cream make a barrière between your skin and the products. I'm also really picky when it's about dry hand I really hate that, so every-morning I applied an hand-cream.
Move on to the real skincare, as you can see I try to be more simple as I can and also because I don't really need to apply a thousand of products to be and feel hydrated. Recently I've re-discovered the HYDRAMAX + ACTIVE SÉRUM which is now recalled the HYDRABEAUTY SERUM it's kind of a jelly texture but also really watery. You have to warmed up a little bit between your hands to have this kind of watery texture. It's one of my favourite hydrating serum. Because I've more a normal towards dry skin with dehydration this serum works really well for me. It's defenetly a product for dehydrated skin type. Then I use my trusty combo the LE JOUR DE CHANEL and LA NUIT DE CHANEL obviously I used le jour for a day moisturiser and la nuit as a night cream. LE JOUR have a really watery texture it's defenetly a product that you have to use before your regular hydrating cream if you have dry towards very dry skin-type. This products is meant to be: Refining your pores even out the complexion, having a more luminous and smoother skin, this product is meant to reactive your skin for your day. As for LA NUIT Is here to restore skin's optimal rhythms, it will soothes and repair skin during the night and this one is supple and plump the morning after the texture of this products is more thick than with the day one he's way more on the creamier side.
HYDRABEAUTY LIP BALM €36 | USD $50 | CAD $69.95 | AUD $69.20 | HKD $417.71

Now let's move on to the face, CHANEL is one of my favorite brand in terms of face products, particularly for foundation, they have a really great variety of formulation and even if their is not a crazy amount of shades, they have all great undertone and a great shade range in my opinion. Firstly start with one of my favorite primer since i'm 18 LE BLANC DE CHANEL this one helps to reduce the appearance of the pores, mattify the complexion, even out the skin texture, and also it's moisturising enough to fell comfortable. It's definitely an all in one product primer, for the little story it's actually my third bottle of this products it's one of my fave even in my pro kit, I do remember back in the day than this one didn't came with a pump and that was kinda not really travel and easy makeup application friendly but now they put a pump since a little bit of time and it's actually way more easier to use and to travel with. Then it's time to completely even out your complexion, recently I've rediscovered the LES BEIGES HEALTHY GLOW foundation. I've made a review a little bit more than a year ago when it was released I received it as a PR packaging and I was really exited to try that on I will link the review just HERE, he's still one of my favourite foundation even if I forget him into my collection for around 4-5 months, but now he's back in my life, for me this foundation is between the VITALUMIÈRE AQUA and THE PERFECTION LUMIÈRE VELVET it gives more coverage than the VITALUMIÈRE AQUA but he have the same kind of natural glow to it. I really enjoy the fact than this foundation have an SPF inside of it, it made it totally wearable during the spring and summer when the warmer sun is back. concealer never killed anyone but killed your blue dark-circle right ? The PERFECTING CONCEALER is a great one, he can't entirely replace my trusty SHISEIDO concealer firstly because the shade range isn't that good their is 3 shades in total and the lightest the shade 10 is not that fair in my opinion on me he works as a colour correcting products for my blue under eye-bags or just if I a pimple to covered up, but the longevity is really impressing and the texture is really smooth and easy to blend. I would recommend this one as a regular concealer if you are an NC20-25 ( from MAC) the colour 10 would probably match you perfectly. Because I was on a weekend I didn't bring my TRANSLUCENT LOOSE POWDER but I've the compact version of it, as you may know this powder is one of my biggest favourite loose powder it's a thinner side powder, it's mattifying, but he didn't take off the natural glow of your skin and the TRANSLUCENT COMPACT POWDER is defenetly the compact version of the loose one I can't deny it ! I can set my under eye area with it and just a little bit my t-zone for just setting my foundation and be sure than this one he's gonna stay beautiful all day. BRONZER TIME !! I've discovered this one not a long time ago, I really love my SOLEIL TAN BRONZING MAKEUP BASE which i also made a review about it HERE but this one isn't the most travel friend packaging not because of the texture of the product but his packaging it's kinda bolkier, the LES BEIGES POWDER was on my Wishlist since maybe a little bit more than a year and finally I put my hand on it, i got mine in the shade 20 , this powder is firstly a bronzer but this one can be I used as a finishing powder, or just as a touch up powder through out the day. I can use the shade 20 as a subtle contour, it's defenetly more on the natural side but I love it for this reason, it didn't look like you have contour but you can defenetly tell in the miroir just right after that your are contoured. You know what I mean ?? For this purpose i used the contour brush from real techniques, and when I want to just refresh a little bit my skin I used this one with the brush that the product can with ( it's actually a really really nice brush ! ) I'm defenetly thinking of getting the shade 30 as a bronzer for summer because the shade looks amazing and really into the neutral side which is perfect for me. And then a little bit of blush with the JOUES CONTRASTE on the apple of my cheeks and also to make my natural freckles a little bit more present on the face I used the shade ROSE PETAL which is a nudy rosy type of shade perfect for my fair and yellow complexion.

Moving on to the final part of your look, I first start to use my LE CRAYON SOURCIL to defined my brows, to be honest this product is great but you have a lot of products on the market as good as this one but less cheaper I can defenetly live without it but if I had to choose between the ESTÈE LAUDER BROW NOW and this I would definitely choose the CHANEL product because he's less creamier and the power lasting of this brow pencil is better than the BROW NOW in my opinion. I choose to not apply any kind of eye-shadow this weekend, I wasn't into the mood of it, i just have applied a little of my LES BEIGES POWDER for just having a little more definition on the eyes, I do have use the LE STYLO WATERPROOF in 20 ESPRESSO Which is a beautiful dark brown shade at the base of my lashes to just defined this part of my eyes and I do extend the liner at the end of the eyes to just continue the natural almond shape of my eyes. Then I curled my Lashes and I've applied the DIMENSION MASCARA I'm not entirely sure yet if I like it better than the LE VOLUME MASCARA but I will tell you in a future post/ comparison post about it because I'm quite confused they have complete different brushes but they have kind of a same effect. For the lips when I want a really more natural type of look I just go for the LES BEIGES LIPBALM for me it's more a kind of a sheer lipstick than a LIPBALM because I think is not a good for moisturising, actually into LIPBALM you have this sort of wax that will help to keep the shape better in the tube and you can defenetly see than this one have a lot of wax into it I've mine since a little more than a year and the bullet didn't have moved actually one of the particularity of this type of wax it's than it can be drying, so that's the reason I didn't fell this product is a LIPBALM in my opinion but it gives this little nice PEACHY SHEEN to my lips that I really enjoyed when I want something but nothing! And LAST BUT NOT LEAT ! One of my favourite lipstick after THE ROUGE COCO SHINE in 54 BOY it's the ROUGE COCO IN 402 ADRIENNE it's one of my trusty perfect nude that can work with everything, is less subtle than the BOY but it's a beautiful lipstick that I love to wear everyday, if you want a more natural tap of look you can tape on the edges of your lips It will blend perfectly the lipstick into your lips.
